Chanel New Bond Street - Planning Consent

FraiserLine have recently secured Listed Building Consent and full Planning Permission through Westminster (Local Planning Authority) for Chanel Fine Jewellery in New Bond Street.

Heritage Laser Scanning

As part of our turn-key planning delivery process at FraiserLine, we additionally undertook 3D laser scanning to capture all of the façade ornamentation, conservation features and heritage assets of the site. This allowed us to survey the front of the building within millimetre accuracy, as well as inspect the existing building in detail remotely from our office.

By providing a 3D point-cloud of the existing building, we could support the engineering and installation proposal by others. The building dates back to around 1850-1860.
